CANCELLATION POLICY

GLOO BEAUTY BOOKING POLICY Please read before booking. By booking an appointment with Gloo Beauty, you agree to the following policies. 🚫 NO GUESTS NO EXTRA GUESTS ARE ALLOWED. Due to limited space and to maintain a professional environment, only the client receiving the service may attend the appointment. Please do not bring friends, partners, or children unless we have communicated about it personally! If you arrive with a guest, you may be asked to reschedule and your deposit may be forfeited. ⏰ LATE POLICY Please arrive on time to your appointment. A $10 late fee will be charged after 10 minutes late. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and your deposit may be lost. 💳 DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your service total but will be forfeited if you cancel late, reschedule late, or fail to show up. ❌ NO SHOWS If you do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you may be required to pay in full before booking any future appointments. 🔁 RESCHEDULING Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost. ✨ APPOINTMENT PREP Please arrive with the treatment area clean and free of makeup (lashes, lips, or brows depending on service) and be ready for your appointment. By booking with Gloo Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all booking policies.
